Role Summary:

As a Project Coordinator at Lonestar Solar Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of solar installation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating between internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that each project meets budgetary and quality goals. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring that all aspects of a project are aligned to deliver successful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of solar installation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, budgets, timelines, and communications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project work adheres to company standards and meets client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Our company serves many Spanish-speaking customers and fluency in Spanish is a must.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the solar or construction industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions to ensure project success.
