Aside from the great customer service Mr. Noe gave us, their product was top notch quality! They were there every step of the way to ensure our install went well and we were also able to get some much needed home improvements done! Going solar was something I wanted but didn’t know if I can afford this project for a duplex property such as mine located in the outer sunset. I met with a few solar installers in the bay area and LoneStar Solar Services LLC was the only company that helps you qualify for rebates offered by Houston, in addition to financing options. I was able to replace the roof with a company LoneStar Solar Services LLC recommended. The whole project (roofing then solar installation) took 1 week and there were only minor findings (grounding) and resolved quickly.

I needed to have my panels removed so that I could replace my roof. They were very quick to respond, and very reasonable for the work that needed to get done. They not only took care of the removal and reinstallation, but troubleshoot an issue that I've had, and fixed it as part of their service.I can't say enough about the quality, dedication and professionalism of LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They made me feel like they were working on their own house.They even worked with the roofer to make sure things went smoothly (and the roofer will call them in the future).

I was told that the generator I wanted was in stock and as soon as we signed docs they would ship it & install it. I received the generator 4 days later. Nice people with Great customer service!!! Very easy process from ordering to installing!

This review is with respect to the bidding/consultation process only. I had an excellent experience with Ari, who met me at my house, gave me a detailed consultation, and thoughtfully answered all my questions. He gave me a bid on the spot, which, without haggling, ended up being very competitive. I ended up going with another company (I had two great bids, and I had to pick one), but I know I would have been happy either way.

We ran into a lot of busy numbers when calling solar companies around our area. So we requested a quote and LoneStar Solar Services LLC got back to us with a quote that was lower than the average cost in California. Their all-inclusive package was $2.75/watt making it easy to compare to other installers. We ended up getting a 9.5kW system and a Tesla Powerwall. Despite the pandemic, we were able to get inspected and the system was just activated! The timing couldn't be better since I'll be starting at WFH.

Brian, joe, Jeremiah, and Roper from Corpus came today to my house and installed 28 solar panels. They got here on time and went straight to start the work. Very professional and well mannered. The experience dealing with their sales team and installation team was consistent. But what impressed me was their support when we had an issue with our solar. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. They were easy to work with and available to answer any questions I had. I’m happy with their service and super happy with our solar. Love the smaller power bills and would highly recommend going solar.

Work was done extremely quickly including permits and our system was running with DWP approval a week or two later. Looking forward to the next invoice from DWP. All the guys were nice and very patient explaining things.

LoneStar Solar provided me with an excellent service. I received quotes from all of the major solar companies, and the salesman from LoneStar Solar Services (Zac) was the most honest and straightforward of the bunch. Everything he promised was delivered exactly as described. Because I already had a system, the city (Laredo) proved to be a huge pain, but the installers kept pushing the inspector and doing what needed to be done to get the job done. LoneStar Solar also had the highest wattage panels available, allowing me to squeeze the most power out of my limited roof space. Overall, a fantastic experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.

"Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

LoneStar Solar Services LLC offered the best pricing out of various different quotes I received and carried the specific solar brands/products I was looking for after hours of research. They have a different department that helps handle each step of the process, which keeps things moving very efficiently. Notification emails are sent throughout the process so you know the exact status.Customer service was great. Specifically, Rene the project manager came out to make sure installation went smoothly, addressed any hiccups that came up right away, and talked through the process while offering tips/advice. Highly recommend it.

LoneStar gave us a great deal with our solar. We received many quotes from other businesses and they were able to beat the best offer while providing us with better quality material and warranties. They were able to offer us a backup generator with our solar panels which was the same price as other companies' packages with just solar. Gina was great to work with and very responsive to our requests and questions. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to go solar.

Went solar for about 5 years, and it was working okay. We got it through the Hero program, and we were seeing savings till now. All of a sudden my system seemed to stop working. Called the original installer and they said it was an equipment error. So I called Aurora and they said that may have been Edison. It's like everyone has been placing the blame on everyone else. Fast forward a month and multiple phone calls. I finally had my original solar installation company come by and check out the issue. It was almost like twisting their arm to get them to come. They were extremely rude about the whole situation and quoted me $3k to get the issue fixed! That would have wiped out most of my solar savings up to this point but I was in a bit of a tight spot since I'm still making payments on the system. Went on searching for solar repair and contacted a few solar companies. Most weren't willing to do solar repairs, but thankfully LoneStar Solar Services LLC was. Orme came by the same day and quoted me less than 1/3 of the cost of my original installer. Now my system is back up and running properly. Glad I shopped around and found LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were fast, professional and affordable.

The installation happened quickly once the paperwork and permits were done (which they handled). Very happy with the process - highly recommended.
