Looking For The Best Solar Company in Texas?

I researched multiple solar companies for my installation in Houston and LoneStar Solar Services LLC came in at the combination of lowest price, best reviews, and most responsive communication. I was looking for a specific brand/model panel and they were able to come through for me. Once I signed the agreement and moved forward, I never looked back and have been completely happy. They were in constant communication every step of the way and responded promptly to any questions that I had. I appreciated the fact that they did everything in-house (I was going to move forward with another company but when I got the contract it was with an electrical company I had never heard of). From the time I signed the contract to the time I got my PTO from SoCal Edison was just over a month - very impressive!I already have several neighbors and friends asking about my solar provider and I don't hesitate to recommend LoneStar Solar Services LLC!

We interviewed several contractors before speaking with LoneStar Solar Services. They explained everything in layman's terms and answered all of our questions. Furthermore, they provided us with a quote that was significantly lower than what others were offering. The installation (4th Day Energy) went well, and any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. The interface with PGE went smoothly, and we were reaping the benefits of our solar system within a week of its completion. I would recommend that anyone thinking about going solar talk to these people before signing a contract with a solar company.

Throughout the process they were patient and professional, keeping us updated with any changes. Our installation was delayed until we fixed the roof shingles, and they were able to help us with that. Which made dealing with the process easier. Now that our solar energy system is up and running we love seeing the savings! Happy with the system and happy with our reroof.

LoneStar Solar Service installed a new 20 panel solar system and a new 200 amp electrical panel. Eric was my salesman and he was great! I compared his quote against two other solar companies and this was not only the best quote, I loved the stellar Google reviews. Eric was available via text day and night. The contract was E-signed and simple. While we were waiting for the solar permit, they installed the new electrical panel with no issues. The solar panels were installed in a single day also with no issues. The whole process took 2 months but most of that was waiting on the initial permit and then the final sign off by the city inspector and getting the green light from the utility company. I just got my electric bill and it was $12.95 for the month versus $200 for this same month from the prior year. OH HAPPY DAY! Screw the electric companies! I have already referred several clients to Eric.

My husband and I love LoneStar Solar Services LLC. We went through and picked a number of the high-rated ones, but ended up going with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were very informative, detailed, and had very reasonable pricing, but most of all they were warm and very approachable. We also had our roof redone through them (Cal State Roofing). It took awhile longer to get our roof done and panels installed due to delays caused by this pandemic, but we are still happy with it all - from start to finish.

"Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

I selected LoneStar Solar Services based on the positive feedback I received from coworkers who also chose them. Joe, the salesman, is courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. I appreciated the installation team's dependability, hard work, and respect for my property. The office staff is fantastic to work with. They kept me updated at all times and answered any questions that arose during the process. It was fantastic to have a live zoom class after my system was installed, teaching me how to use my apps and monitor the performance of my new solar system.

I'm happy to say that the LONESTAR Solar Crew that came to install my solar panels/system did a phenomenal job in explaining to me the process, and the time frame it would take to get the project done. Every time I had a question of what steps they were doing or how the system would work, one of the crew members stopped to let me know what was going on. LoneStar Solar Service did our solar and roofing, and we are very pleased. We encountered a few issues, as is common with such large jobs, but everyone on the LoneStar Solar Service team was professional and helpful in ensuring our satisfaction. Jordan, Adam, and Riley are fantastic. And Miguel and his Roof 1 team were especially helpful in attending to minor details. We wholeheartedly endorse them!

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

Last week, we had our final walkthrough on how to use and monitor our system. We received nothing but professional service from the initial quote and plans with Zac to the installation of our system. If I had any questions, I could contact the project manager and get them answered quickly. We asked for a system that could not be seen from the road, and they delivered. Kuykendalls installed the system, and all of their employees were excellent. We are very pleased, and we are saving a lot of money not only on the system but also on our PGE. We already have two more friends who will be installing through LoneStar Solar Services in the coming weeks!

Skip the national, disorganised solar chains and go with these guys - great team, all local. Priced competitively, no BS haggling and most importantly no vastly overinflated production estimates on undersized systems. Their quote process is great and very thorough, and we got lucky with my install and had the panels on my roof within a month of signing the contract. PTO took a few more weeks, but worth the wait - the system is running great. Incredibly professional, kind team who are all wonderful to work with.
