Went with LoneStar Solar Services LLC due to price, online and personal reviews, responsiveness and price. I don't usually go with the low price bid but I could find no holes in their bid and customers spoke highly of them. After going through the process myself, I wholeheartedly agree. They were responsive, prompt with no extra pricing and kept me apprised of the process. Took a little longer than I had hoped but start to finish was about four months, including the SCE approvals. I would highly recommend them. I installed a 9.9kWh system and it worked flawlessly from the beginning.

My final SDG&E inspection was completed on 1/11/22, and I now have solar panels on my roof that generate electricity! LoneStar was a joy to work with. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. All communication was done via email or text, which was extremely convenient. The guys on site were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving for the day. I chose them because they had the highest Google rating, and now I know why. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Must go to a company for your solar needs. This review is long overdue. Have had my solar from LoneStar Solar Services LLC for over a year now and it has been working excellently. The company is dependent, honest, reliable and really cares to tailor to their clients needs. Did not try to sell me more panels or equipment than needed and responded to support with help on how to use the Tesla Powerwall app. Just the other day my Tesla fell off the grid on the app and they came the same day to check on it. Turns out a fuse went out and needed to be replaced. Was diagnosed in a matter of minutes and all covered under the 10 year Powerwall warranty.

We just purchased a new electrical vehicle and wasn't sure how to proceed with the charging but LoneStar Solar Services LLC was kind enough to take the time to really explain our options! I asked so many questions and they explained everything step by step thoroughly. One technician came the next day and quoted a price, and gave me an idea of the time he could come to install.Two technicians(sorry I didn't get your name) came to install the charger, arrived right on time, they were quick, efficient, and professional. "Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

I researched multiple solar companies for my installation in Houston and LoneStar Solar Services LLC came in at the combination of lowest price, best reviews, and most responsive communication. I was looking for a specific brand/model panel and they were able to come through for me. Once I signed the agreement and moved forward, I never looked back and have been completely happy. They were in constant communication every step of the way and responded promptly to any questions that I had. I appreciated the fact that they did everything in-house (I was going to move forward with another company but when I got the contract it was with an electrical company I had never heard of). From the time I signed the contract to the time I got my PTO from SoCal Edison was just over a month - very impressive!I already have several neighbors and friends asking about my solar provider and I don't hesitate to recommend LoneStar Solar Services LLC!

My home has a unique situation in which we have a clay tile roof which means that the tiles need to be removed, composite shingles installed, then the solar installation, returned by the roofing team to install the tiles around the panels and finally have the inspection. Each of the various teams I interacted with was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a solar solution.

Asked them to come look at solar for my mom's house in the valley.They wore masks walking up and were very respectful about social distancing.Bobby and Adam explained everything, from the process, to the installation, and the system. They weren't pushy to sell. When we decided to move forward, Terry pretty much held my mom's hand and handled all the permits, and made her feel happy throughout the installation process.The fact that they worked so well to make my Mom feel cared for, meant the world to me.

Thank you to the team at LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They definitely deserve a 5-star for my recent solar and battery installation on my home. After researching and talking to 4 solar companies, I narrowed my choice down to LoneStar Solar Services LLC, not just because they had the most competitive pricing but also because they had the best value and warranty. I was torn between Panasonic and LG panels but ultimately went with Optimum because of the 25 year warranty that Panasonic offered. I paired it with the new Enphase 10k storage (Tesla's Powerwall has been back ordered for almost a year) and glad I chose it. Optimum's sales rep was great, the operations team was on top of it and the installation team did a clean job. Definitely happy and will refer to my neighbours.

Once we signed up they did a recorded welcome call that went over and promises made by our sales rep & we knew we found that right company that cares!!!
