Sorry to LoneStar Solar Services LLCSolar for posting this late. LoneStar Solar Services LLC installed my system in July of 2021. Completed in time and functioning great. Knock on wood. I had a Tesla charger, Roof work, Electrical Panel and 7.4 Kwh LG system installed. Once they started working on the project things were moving on time and they got the stuff done. Deliver all the paperwork at the end. Bobby, Terry and Adam and the crew were a great bunch of people to work with.

My success manager at LoneStar Solar Services LLC gave me updates. It took a while waiting for the permit but after that point everything went by quickly. Helpful. Responsive. Good information.Glad I went with black panels and microinverters. Even my neighbors have come by to ask about the roof solar.Already told a few friends but I would definitely recommend them to others.

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

I've been wanting to go solar for awhile but never felt great about my options...can I just say that Paris changed all of that?!! He answered all my questions and had great follow up. Amanda moved the project quickly and efficiently, and is sooooo friendly. Rafi is a good businessman but most of all, I trusted everyone with every recommendation. I'm so glad I chose Pacific Sky.

From the start of the estimate to the completion of the project, an A+. Eric Shabtai was very communicative and had so much patience with me throughout the process. He did exactly what he said and processed, and in most cases, before the due dates. My HOA was more difficult to deal with, but LoneStar Solar's planning passed the HOA's approval with flying colors the first time around. Once the HOA approval to proceed was approved (2 months), Eric and the team jumped right on it, coordinated with the County of Orange Building Inspector, completed the installation (in one day), and passed the final inspection a week later. I couldn't be happier with Eric and the team.

We've had our LoneStar Solar Services LLC panels for a little over two years and I'm very happy to report they work as promised. Panels purchased are perfect for heating and cooling our house to our preferences and end of year true up costs are almost zero. The installation was quick and absolutely no leaks or any roofing problems post installation. Our salesman, Ivan, was the best at assessing our needs and not overselling or pushing in any way. We recommended LoneStar Solar Services LLC to our neighbor and she also is very happy with her new system. We give them a 5 star score for their products and staff.

We've now had our LoneStar Solar system up and running for several months and, in a word, it - is - amazing!! Astounding!! In the summer months, we are generating, perhaps, DOUBLE the power we use -- and this is with running dual-zone central AC (although we don't run it all the time, only on truly hot days, but we've had many this summer). Our electric bill has dropped to ZERO (and we have a $410 energy CREDIT) -- not including the base $22/mo charge that *all* LADWP users pay to maintain the power grid (which is entirely fair).

Our system was just activated! No electricity bills! Happy we went with LoneStar Solar Service they gave me a detailed proposal telling me what equipment they were installing, how much it would cost, the impact on my electric bill. The install team was friendly and professional. Appreciated that they took the time to clean up properly as well. They made the whole process very easy and even gave me the necessary tax documents to get my 30% tax credit.

I initially chose LoneStar Solar Service based on their reviews, a friend's recommendation, and Riley. I highly recommend LoneStar Solar Service for solar installation. Everyone on the team, including Mike, Riley, Adam, and Team 1, impressed me. Each step of the process was completed quickly. On the day of installation, the install team (Team 1) communicated well and the installation looked great. The inspection went off without a hitch on the first try. LoneStar Solar Service was also very responsive, making any minor changes quickly and without causing any delays to the project.

This process really went as well as discussed.Andrew came through and really took lead and they did what they said they would.

LoneStar Solar Services LLC offered very competitive pricing compared to other installers that quoted. They specialise in the Panasonic panels I wanted and also upgraded to the new Enphase IQ8 microinverters which some installers were not offeringMy experience with Cory McKenna, my sales consultant, was very positive. He provided a detailed quote within a couple hours and answered all my questions promptly. Other companies took up to a week to get a response and oftentimes you could tell they were embellishing to get a sale. Cory provided post sales assistance to communicate to the other departments. This was quite helpful when dealing with larger departmentalized businesses.Once the contract was signed they arranged inspection and provided the rooftop design sooner than expected. There were some discrepancies in the initial layout but we were able to resolve them in a timely manner. The process has been very smooth so far and they keep you updated on every step of the way. As of right now we are in the procurement stage and once the install and system power is complete I will update this review. I anticipate the rest of the project will go smoothly as planned. The team at Lone star solar worked well with us to have our 14x18 cedar wood pergola installed. They assembled it in the morning and adjusted it to fit around a concrete slab we had previously built. They were very responsive and even had it ready sooner than they promised. With all the supply issues going on in construction, this was a pleasant surprise. All in all, a very nice product for a reasonable price with great service.

They were outstanding from beginning to end. They arrived on time and within the quoted price. We had a reporting system glitch a few weeks after the installation and activation. They were quick to respond and resolved the problem.
