Priced competitively, no BS haggling and most importantly no vastly overinflated production estimates on undersized systems. Their quote process is great and very thorough, and we got lucky with my install and had the panels on my roof within a month of signing the contract. PTO took a few more weeks, but worth the wait - the system is running great. Incredibly professional, kind team who are all wonderful to work with.

Our system was just activated! No electricity bills! Happy we went with LoneStar Solar Service they gave me a detailed proposal telling me what equipment they were installing, how much it would cost, the impact on my electric bill. The install team was friendly and professional. Appreciated that they took the time to clean up properly as well. They made the whole process very easy and even gave me the necessary tax documents to get my 30% tax credit.

Manny and Pedro did an outstanding job installing both of our electric vehicle chargers. They collaborated with me to find the best locations for our chargers. Based on the layout of my house, we decided to put one outside and one in the garage. They assisted me in moving items in the garage to give them enough room to work. Their work is clean, and they leave the area very tidy when they are finished. They are both very friendly and easy to talk to. Manny and Pedro come highly recommended for your electric car charging stations!

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

Going solar was something I wanted but didn’t know if I can afford this project for a duplex property such as mine located in the outer sunset. I met with a few solar installers in the bay area and LoneStar Solar Services LLC was the only company that helps you qualify for rebates offered by Houston, in addition to financing options. I was able to replace the roof with a company LoneStar Solar Services LLC recommended. The whole project (roofing then solar installation) took 1 week and there were only minor findings (grounding) and resolved quickly.

Had such brilliant service from the team at LoneStar Solar Services LLC. Kaitlyn kept us informed the whole way from the quote to our installation which was great. We had no previous heating system in place and opted for a full air source heat pump and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and quality of work. It's 95 degrees today and I'm just so glad I went PTO today with the help of LoneStar Solar Services LLC! Best decision ever!! Received a few quotes but LoneStar Solar Services LLC seemed most reasonable considering how knowledgeable they were. They were super responsive throughout the entire process and although it took a couple weeks more than expected I think it's understable when the City takes forever for permits. So glad i went solar before this summer cuz i get to turn on the AC without having to worry too much about my bill! You wont regret it, just ask LoneStar Solar Services LLC for an estimate!

I looked at Solar for years, and when I finally moved forward, LoneStar Solar Services LLC outshined the other providers. They were thorough, professional, and took care of everything from the permitting process to the installation. The panels are really beautiful and the savings are tremendous. I went from $600-$700 a month A/C bills to $100 during peak season, and I live in the Aldine Area. There are many months in the winter and spring where my electric bill is simply the connection fee, $10 plus $1 tax (10%). I highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service Experience - Andrew

It took about three weeks from the time Matt called. They arrived promptly and installed the new inverter. I was delighted. I will say that the installers came in and finished the job quickly, but they never showed me how to connect it to the app to see if it was producing power, and honestly, I have no idea unless I look at my bill every day. I'm currently working with Solar Edge to figure out how to do this and why it won't let me connect, but that's not LoneStar Solar Service's fault.
