This position is based in our Houston office and requires in-person attendance.

Role Summary:


As a Customer Service Representative at Lonestar Solar Services, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through post-installation support. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and solar installation process.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing customer accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
