This review is with respect to the bidding/consultation process only. I had an excellent experience with Ari, who met me at my house, gave me a detailed consultation, and thoughtfully answered all my questions. He gave me a bid on the spot, which, without haggling, ended up being very competitive. I ended up going with another company (I had two great bids, and I had to pick one), but I know I would have been happy either way.

We've now had our LoneStar Solar system up and running for several months and, in a word, it - is - amazing!! Astounding!! In the summer months, we are generating, perhaps, DOUBLE the power we use -- and this is with running dual-zone central AC (although we don't run it all the time, only on truly hot days, but we've had many this summer). Our electric bill has dropped to ZERO (and we have a $410 energy CREDIT) -- not including the base $22/mo charge that *all* LADWP users pay to maintain the power grid (which is entirely fair).

Lone star solar services really helped me get the job done easy. I definitely recommend it and Eddy was very helpful.

Longer Version - Adam and his team were amazing to work with in all regards (planning, permitting, payment, installation, and monitoring). You don't get that "sales" type vibe at all from anyone on the team, ever. We all know the one! Quality and Aesthetics are important to the team as to you, I really love how sleek and low profile the panels are.

After back and forth we have agreed on a price and I am removing my negative review.Individuals must do their homework before adding solar so that they ask the right questions and get straight forward answers from the company that they decide to go with . I needed to have my panels removed so that I could replace my roof. They were very quick to respond, and very reasonable for the work that needed to get done. They not only took care of the removal and reinstallation, but troubleshoot an issue that I've had, and fixed it as part of their service.I can't say enough about the quality, dedication and professionalism of LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They made me feel like they were working on their own house.They even worked with the roofer to make sure things went smoothly (and the roofer will call them in the future).

My experience with LoneStar Solar Services LLC was nothing short of remarkable from day 1. Their customer service, knowledge and interpersonal skills made it easy to work with. They helped with all of the paperwork completing the initial paperwork with Edison and the city. The only holdups I experienced throughout the process was the permit process. However, once the permit information was satisfied, the installation process was quick. A crew of 4 came out and finished the installation of black Q CELL solar panels and Enphase inverters in a day. Give them a call, you won't be sorry. I've recommended LoneStar Solar Services LLC to all my friends and relatives.

LoneStar Solar Services LLC offered very competitive pricing compared to other installers that quoted. They specialise in the Panasonic panels I wanted and also upgraded to the new Enphase IQ8 microinverters which some installers were not offeringMy experience with Cory McKenna, my sales consultant, was very positive. He provided a detailed quote within a couple hours and answered all my questions promptly. Other companies took up to a week to get a response and oftentimes you could tell they were embellishing to get a sale. Cory provided post sales assistance to communicate to the other departments. This was quite helpful when dealing with larger departmentalized businesses.Once the contract was signed they arranged inspection and provided the rooftop design sooner than expected. There were some discrepancies in the initial layout but we were able to resolve them in a timely manner. The process has been very smooth so far and they keep you updated on every step of the way. As of right now we are in the procurement stage and once the install and system power is complete I will update this review. I anticipate the rest of the project will go smoothly as planned. I have a issue with a few panels, and LoneStar Solar Services LLC is diligently trying to get to the bottom of the problem. The company that installed my panels went out of business, and LoneStar Solar has worked hard to try to get my system finally turned on. I hope we get to fix this
