I'm happy to say that the LONESTAR Solar Crew that came to install my solar panels/system did a phenomenal job in explaining to me the process, and the time frame it would take to get the project done. Every time I had a question of what steps they were doing or how the system would work, one of the crew members stopped to let me know what was going on. I'm grateful to have JOEL GUERRERO:Crew Leader, Robert Medina, Yorland Mendez, and David Gonzalez working 9n my Solar Panels. You too, would als9 be lucky to have them do yours.

Our system was just activated! No electricity bills! Happy we went with LoneStar Solar Service they gave me a detailed proposal telling me what equipment they were installing, how much it would cost, the impact on my electric bill. The install team was friendly and professional. Appreciated that they took the time to clean up properly as well. They made the whole process very easy and even gave me the necessary tax documents to get my 30% tax credit.

Loved working with Tedrick. I feel like I asked a ton of questions over the course of a year before I finally pulled the trigger with LoneStar Solar Service. I interviewed three companies and felt that Tedrick was the best, by far. He patiently came back to my house every time I asked, I believe it was 4 times over the course of a year. LoneStar Solar Services was great to work with.

Went solar for about 5 years, and it was working okay. We got it through the Hero program, and we were seeing savings till now. All of a sudden my system seemed to stop working. Called the original installer and they said it was an equipment error. So I called Aurora and they said that may have been Edison. It's like everyone has been placing the blame on everyone else. Fast forward a month and multiple phone calls. I finally had my original solar installation company come by and check out the issue. It was almost like twisting their arm to get them to come. They were extremely rude about the whole situation and quoted me $3k to get the issue fixed! That would have wiped out most of my solar savings up to this point but I was in a bit of a tight spot since I'm still making payments on the system. Went on searching for solar repair and contacted a few solar companies. Most weren't willing to do solar repairs, but thankfully LoneStar Solar Services LLC was. Orme came by the same day and quoted me less than 1/3 of the cost of my original installer. Now my system is back up and running properly. Glad I shopped around and found LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were fast, professional and affordable.

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

LoneStar gave us a great deal with our solar. We received many quotes from other businesses and they were able to beat the best offer while providing us with better quality material and warranties. They were able to offer us a backup generator with our solar panels which was the same price as other companies' packages with just solar. Gina was great to work with and very responsive to our requests and questions. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to go solar.

After getting several solar bids I was most impressed with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were the most ""non sales"" types. They were the most competitive in price and quality. If you compare apples to apples and make a very detailed spreadsheet like I did along with my next door neighbor we determined LoneStar Solar Services LLC to be hands down the best in terms of quality, performance, warranty and price. We have had it for over a year now and paid 0 for electricity. We didn't over pay for more panels than we needed either. Some solar companies wanted us to have 100-120% of the current electricity offsetting our electric bill but I went with 75% and I am making more electricity than we need. Don't be fooled by all the others out there. There was no charge for the roof inspection, design and HOA approval. It all went very smoothly, quickly and effortlessly.

Was not sure I would be able to convert to solar because we have an older home. Andrew Richards took the time to explain to me and my wife what the advantages were and why we should convert to solar.

This review is with respect to the bidding/consultation process only. I had an excellent experience with Ari, who met me at my house, gave me a detailed consultation, and thoughtfully answered all my questions. He gave me a bid on the spot, which, without haggling, ended up being very competitive. I ended up going with another company (I had two great bids, and I had to pick one), but I know I would have been happy either way.

Lone Star really met our expectations. They helped my family know what to expect from the call to finish.When they arrived, Andrew made sure to explain what they were going to do and continued to check in with throughout the process.Great experience!

I had an appointment to get an estimate on solar because my energy bill is exorbitant, sometimes reaching $400 per month, yes, you read that correctly! Chuck, the sales consultant, was very informative, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of our questions and gave us a quote that was $20,000 less than what another solar company had given us! We have a few more estimates, so we did not sign the contract, but if we do decide to use this company, I will update my review of the entire process.

I just wanted to acknowledge Adam and LoneStar Solar Services. In my opinion, this is a standout company that will undoubtedly beat any price out there. Although I did not purchase my solar from them for a variety of reasons, I strongly advise anyone considering solar to give them a call to explore all options!
