I don't usually use Maps, but I couldn't resist writing a review because the service and installation process at LoneStar Solar Services LLC was incredible.The installation team provided top notch service, I felt safe allowing them onto my property when I was not home. When I arrived back I was impressed to see how clean they had left the job site. They certainly made the transition over to solar and Tesla hassle free. The only hiccups during the process was waiting on the city for approvals and permits. The open communication with the staff made these obstacles easy to overcome.

Absolutely the best company from start to finish ! Very hands on along every step of the process. Now that it's been a few months after the install I'm glad to say I made the right to choice!

These guys were great. Asked them to come look at solar for my mom's house in the valley.They wore masks walking up and were very respectful about social distancing.Bobby and Adam explained everything, from the process, to the installation, and the system. They weren't pushy to sell. When we decided to move forward, Terry pretty much held my mom's hand and handled all the permits, and made her feel happy throughout the installation process.The fact that they worked so well to make my Mom feel cared for, meant the world to me.

Went solar for about 5 years, and it was working okay. We got it through the Hero program, and we were seeing savings till now. All of a sudden my system seemed to stop working. Called the original installer and they said it was an equipment error. So I called Aurora and they said that may have been Edison. It's like everyone has been placing the blame on everyone else. Fast forward a month and multiple phone calls. I finally had my original solar installation company come by and check out the issue. It was almost like twisting their arm to get them to come. They were extremely rude about the whole situation and quoted me $3k to get the issue fixed! That would have wiped out most of my solar savings up to this point but I was in a bit of a tight spot since I'm still making payments on the system. Went on searching for solar repair and contacted a few solar companies. Most weren't willing to do solar repairs, but thankfully LoneStar Solar Services LLC was. Orme came by the same day and quoted me less than 1/3 of the cost of my original installer. Now my system is back up and running properly. Glad I shopped around and found LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were fast, professional and affordable.

LoneStar Solar Services LLC offered the best pricing out of various different quotes I received and carried the specific solar brands/products I was looking for after hours of research. They have a different department that helps handle each step of the process, which keeps things moving very efficiently. Notification emails are sent throughout the process so you know the exact status.Customer service was great. Specifically, Rene the project manager came out to make sure installation went smoothly, addressed any hiccups that came up right away, and talked through the process while offering tips/advice. Highly recommend it.

The team at Lone star solar worked well with us to have our 14x18 cedar wood pergola installed. They assembled it in the morning and adjusted it to fit around a concrete slab we had previously built. They were very responsive and even had it ready sooner than they promised. With all the supply issues going on in construction, this was a pleasant surprise. All in all, a very nice product for a reasonable price with great service.

The first thing we noticed with LoneStar Solar Services LLC is the competence and courtesy shown by our initial contact - Mark Howe. Every employee at LoneStar Solar Services LLC showed that same level of professionalism. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable. Answered all questions and addressed every concern.On installation day we had a crew arrive who was punctual, concerned about our schedule, and coordinated the installation with us at every step. They even replaced broken roof tiles that were away from the area of installation. LoneStar Solar Services LLC uses Enphase Inverter which is the best in the market.They provide a 25 year warranty and the follow-up has been excellent.

LoneStar was with me from the initial assessment, through the financing, and the construction. I had a renovation going on and a new roof was added. The timing was also important as I wanted to get in on the tax credits.

Going solar was something I wanted but didn’t know if I can afford this project for a duplex property such as mine located in the outer sunset. I met with a few solar installers in the bay area and LoneStar Solar Services LLC was the only company that helps you qualify for rebates offered by Houston, in addition to financing options. I was able to replace the roof with a company LoneStar Solar Services LLC recommended. The whole project (roofing then solar installation) took 1 week and there were only minor findings (grounding) and resolved quickly.

Where to start. I didnt know much about solar which they were very helpful of explaining all my options and how it would work. Didnt feel pushed or tricked into a sale. Application to installation was a very fast process. The main installer David was very professional and his crew got to work quick. Have had it for months so far and no issues. I dont normally write reviews unless i feel a company deserves a good review and lonestar solar did such a great job that i took time out of my day to tell you if your debating on solar use them and you should definitely get solar its lowered my bill and if you get the battery option u will have power even when your neighbors dont lol. Be the envy of ur neighbors.
