Work was done extremely quickly including permits and our system was running with DWP approval a week or two later. Looking forward to the next invoice from DWP. All the guys were nice and very patient explaining things.

I initially chose LoneStar Solar Service based on their reviews, a friend's recommendation, and Riley. I highly recommend LoneStar Solar Service for solar installation. Everyone on the team, including Mike, Riley, Adam, and Team 1, impressed me. Each step of the process was completed quickly. On the day of installation, the install team (Team 1) communicated well and the installation looked great. The inspection went off without a hitch on the first try. LoneStar Solar Service was also very responsive, making any minor changes quickly and without causing any delays to the project.

Incredible service, great pricing, and super fast installation. Having had a brand new roof installed we were particularly nervous on who to hire and carry out the install. LoneStar Solar Services LLC and could not be happier. Leanne from LoneStar Solar Services LLC gave me an overview of a few different solar panel packages, explained the equipment and pros and cons. They were straight-forward, and gave me answers in a timely manner. From my initial interaction with Leanne and Adam to the completion of our home solar power system we had an exceptional experience. Everyone involved was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. SERVICE was top notch and the system looks great! Everyone has been helpful with answers.

It took about three weeks from the time Matt called. They arrived promptly and installed the new inverter. I was delighted. I will say that the installers came in and finished the job quickly, but they never showed me how to connect it to the app to see if it was producing power, and honestly, I have no idea unless I look at my bill every day. I'm currently working with Solar Edge to figure out how to do this and why it won't let me connect, but that's not LoneStar Solar Service's fault.

Despite being told to keep an eye on the lights on our inverters, I failed. I assumed the system would also keep an eye on the inverters. Back in April, one of our inverters failed, and when I noticed both lights were turned off, I contacted Dawn, who promptly scheduled a service call. Steven arrived on time and replaced our broken SolarEdge inverter with a new SolarEdge inverter. He was pleasant and efficient in his work. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, I am unable to view our production on the application. However, I have been assured that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Went with LoneStar Solar Services LLC due to price, online and personal reviews, responsiveness and price. I don't usually go with the low price bid but I could find no holes in their bid and customers spoke highly of them. After going through the process myself, I wholeheartedly agree. They were responsive, prompt with no extra pricing and kept me apprised of the process. Took a little longer than I had hoped but start to finish was about four months, including the SCE approvals. I would highly recommend them. I installed a 9.9kWh system and it worked flawlessly from the beginning.
