Looking For The Best Solar Company in Texas?

After back and forth we have agreed on a price and I am removing my negative review.Individuals must do their homework before adding solar so that they ask the right questions and get straight forward answers from the company that they decide to go with . This company, although we had differences, did the right thing in the end and me and my family are grateful. Thank you

Highly recommended! Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Panels installed. From day one, no pushy sales tactics, just an honest and open discussion that continued throughout the design, installation, and handover phases. Dustin and the team were friendly, thorough, and professional in all of their visits; getting on with the jobs in a timely but not rushed manner. As issues arose, they sorted them and kept me up to date with progress - all whilst minimizing disruption to the family. They were certainly nothing like the traditional double-glazing salesmen that I feared I might appoint when I began looking into ASHP and Solar. It was a top service delivered by good people that were keen to do their business in the right way. Well done to all.

I looked at Solar for years, and when I finally moved forward, LoneStar Solar Services LLC outshined the other providers. They were thorough, professional, and took care of everything from the permitting process to the installation. The panels are really beautiful and the savings are tremendous. I went from $600-$700 a month A/C bills to $100 during peak season, and I live in the Aldine Area. There are many months in the winter and spring where my electric bill is simply the connection fee, $10 plus $1 tax (10%). I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

This company is the real deal! They are more than a solar company. They truly take value in helping their customers. All my questions were answered by Zack throughly and promptly. If you are looking for a solar panel company to add solar panels to your home, Lonestar is the only choice in my opinion.

We interviewed several contractors before speaking with LoneStar Solar Services. They explained everything in layman's terms and answered all of our questions. Furthermore, they provided us with a quote that was significantly lower than what others were offering. The installation (4th Day Energy) went well, and any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. The interface with PGE went smoothly, and we were reaping the benefits of our solar system within a week of its completion. I would recommend that anyone thinking about going solar talk to these people before signing a contract with a solar company.

Overall a much easier experience than I had expected! I was concerned at first of course— when you get into newer companies such as this one, you want all your questions and concerns met with experience… Absolutely no problems there!** Andrew as well as a few others from this company were so amazingly trained and informative! All my concerns dispersed and now I get to even show off my solar panel knowledge :-)

First off, I LOVED the fact that they came to my door with masks on. Secondly, I just got my first bill from LADWP and I'm ecstatic to say it was only 5 DOLLARS!!! I wanted to wait for the bill to write my review, and I am happy to say that LoneStar Solar Service and Gabriel's team took great care of me and my home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Delt w Victor Gonzalez he was very informative on the whole process for my aubelita! Other companies tried to take advantage of her but he was a stand up guy! 🙌🏼

Throughout the process they were patient and professional, keeping us updated with any changes. Our installation was delayed until we fixed the roof shingles, and they were able to help us with that. Which made dealing with the process easier. Now that our solar energy system is up and running we love seeing the savings! Happy with the system and happy with our reroof.

I would just like to say , that I was amazed by the experience and workmanship this company has. Eddy Reyes was attentive and responsive to all obstacles that were put in front of him. I would recommend, in a heart beat.

This review is with respect to the bidding/consultation process only. I had an excellent experience with Ari, who met me at my house, gave me a detailed consultation, and thoughtfully answered all my questions. He gave me a bid on the spot, which, without haggling, ended up being very competitive. I ended up going with another company (I had two great bids, and I had to pick one), but I know I would have been happy either way.

Despite being told to keep an eye on the lights on our inverters, I failed. I assumed the system would also keep an eye on the inverters. Back in April, one of our inverters failed, and when I noticed both lights were turned off, I contacted Dawn, who promptly scheduled a service call. Steven arrived on time and replaced our broken SolarEdge inverter with a new SolarEdge inverter. He was pleasant and efficient in his work. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, I am unable to view our production on the application. However, I have been assured that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Team 1 arrived earlier this week to install my solar. I was out of town at the time and worked with my father, who was assisting with the installation; they communicated with him throughout the day and dialed into me when questions arose. I appreciated the care and communication that went into making sure the project ran smoothly and there were no surprises when I returned.
