Lonestar solar has workers who are patient and have a great service to for their clients. A young man, Eddy helped me without me having to feel lost and confused. So, I have a plug-in hybrid vehicle. With Solar and battery, my cost of fuel(electricity) is 7 cents per mile. This compared with 15 cents per mile with a gasoline engine. So, I am using electricity for my home and for my vehicle, paying $100 each month, which is substantially less than the $400~$500 I used to pay. This assumes that my solar + battery has close to zero down time. Thanks to LoneStar Solar Services LLC, I never had any down time.

Must go to a company for your solar needs. This review is long overdue. Have had my solar from LoneStar Solar Services LLC for over a year now and it has been working excellently. The company is dependent, honest, reliable and really cares to tailor to their clients needs. Did not try to sell me more panels or equipment than needed and responded to support with help on how to use the Tesla Powerwall app. Just the other day my Tesla fell off the grid on the app and they came the same day to check on it. Turns out a fuse went out and needed to be replaced. Was diagnosed in a matter of minutes and all covered under the 10 year Powerwall warranty.

Lonestar came to install solar panels and everything went as expected. Andrew did an amazing job informing us about the panels. Answered all my questions amazing job.

The staff of LoneStar has been excellent, going out of their way to make sure that our installation was correct and functioning as it should. We now have two fully loaded Enphase Batteris, with 56 panels, and have seen a fantastic performance from the system. Our power bills have dropped drastically. we are powering our entire house (HVAC, well pump, and all) and still are sending back over 3 KW to the utility company.. The installers, the electricians, and the project management have all been excellent and I highly recommend them!

Our system was just activated! No electricity bills! Happy we went with LoneStar Solar Service they gave me a detailed proposal telling me what equipment they were installing, how much it would cost, the impact on my electric bill. The install team was friendly and professional. Appreciated that they took the time to clean up properly as well. They made the whole process very easy and even gave me the necessary tax documents to get my 30% tax credit.

Manny and Pedro did an outstanding job installing both of our electric vehicle chargers. They collaborated with me to find the best locations for our chargers. Based on the layout of my house, we decided to put one outside and one in the garage. They assisted me in moving items in the garage to give them enough room to work. Their work is clean, and they leave the area very tidy when they are finished. They are both very friendly and easy to talk to. Manny and Pedro come highly recommended for your electric car charging stations!

This company is the real deal! They are more than a solar company. They truly take value in helping their customers. All my questions were answered by Zack throughly and promptly. If you are looking for a solar panel company to add solar panels to your home, Lonestar is the only choice in my opinion.

I shopped them against other solar companies and they had pretty good pricing, but what really impressed me was the responsiveness. That responsiveness never stopped from the moment we got our first quote and all the way through installation and even servicing the product months later. This morning, I was even able to reach them at 7 AM and let them know about an issue we are having one of our circuit breakers being tripped and they are once again very responsive to getting it taken care of, which is the kind of service I really appreciate! The product itself seems fantastic, with the Tesla power back up already being used to not only save us money but was invaluable keeping our refrigerators and the rest of our house running the other day when the power went out.

It took about three weeks from the time Matt called. They arrived promptly and installed the new inverter. I was delighted. I will say that the installers came in and finished the job quickly, but they never showed me how to connect it to the app to see if it was producing power, and honestly, I have no idea unless I look at my bill every day. I'm currently working with Solar Edge to figure out how to do this and why it won't let me connect, but that's not LoneStar Solar Service's fault.

We've now had our LoneStar Solar system up and running for several months and, in a word, it - is - amazing!! Astounding!! In the summer months, we are generating, perhaps, DOUBLE the power we use -- and this is with running dual-zone central AC (although we don't run it all the time, only on truly hot days, but we've had many this summer). Our electric bill has dropped to ZERO (and we have a $410 energy CREDIT) -- not including the base $22/mo charge that *all* LADWP users pay to maintain the power grid (which is entirely fair).

Our experience with LoneStar Solar was exceptional! My husband and I met Alex Lee and Cesar (forgot last name)and established a connection. They were very honest and transparent. These two are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had great rapport and they explained throughly the benefits of having solar panels. Alex followed up when he said he was and made sure to be available for any questions we might have had. The installation was 6 days after signing the contract and super fast. They shared the blue prints and everything before installation. Very pleased with everything thus far. I would recommend them 100%. You will be in wonderful hands with Alex and Cesar. Alex still checks on my husband and I to make sure we don't have any unanswered questions. I will update once we receive our first invoice. Stay tuned. My experience with LoneStar Solar Services LLC was nothing short of remarkable from day 1. Their customer service, knowledge and interpersonal skills made it easy to work with. They helped with all of the paperwork completing the initial paperwork with Edison and the city. The only holdups I experienced throughout the process was the permit process. However, once the permit information was satisfied, the installation process was quick. A crew of 4 came out and finished the installation of black Q CELL solar panels and Enphase inverters in a day. Give them a call, you won't be sorry. I've recommended LoneStar Solar Services LLC to all my friends and relatives.

This is a good company to use there employees are nice and knowledgeable especially Andrew he was very helpful.

Went solar for about 5 years, and it was working okay. We got it through the Hero program, and we were seeing savings till now. All of a sudden my system seemed to stop working. Called the original installer and they said it was an equipment error. So I called Aurora and they said that may have been Edison. It's like everyone has been placing the blame on everyone else. Fast forward a month and multiple phone calls. I finally had my original solar installation company come by and check out the issue. It was almost like twisting their arm to get them to come. They were extremely rude about the whole situation and quoted me $3k to get the issue fixed! That would have wiped out most of my solar savings up to this point but I was in a bit of a tight spot since I'm still making payments on the system. Went on searching for solar repair and contacted a few solar companies. Most weren't willing to do solar repairs, but thankfully LoneStar Solar Services LLC was. Orme came by the same day and quoted me less than 1/3 of the cost of my original installer. Now my system is back up and running properly. Glad I shopped around and found LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were fast, professional and affordable.
