Updating my review, ran into some minor issues, the company is working hard to make things right and fix those issues, so far they have been responsive and they are taking care of the customer

Hector from LoneStar Solar was fantastic. He negotiated a great deal for me with Kuykendall Solar. An experienced installation team performed admirably. This was a pleasantly surprising experience. I received 12 bids, and LoneStar Solar Services provided the complete package. Houston has a few stylish outfits. Bland and 4th Day Energy are also worth checking out. Finally, I chose LoneStar Solar Services and couldn't be happier.

In terms of our house. LoneStar Solar Service representatives were responsive in every way we could have hoped for, from the first appointment until our solar project was completed. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and our project manager was outstanding. The project was designed in such a way that once one step was completed, the next one began. We would strongly recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking for solar, just as we have for neighbors who have now used LoneStar Solar Service for their solar needs.

I've tried to get a product from this company and I don't think I ever had a bad interaction, and I can thank Eddy for that. I had an overall good experience in what I needed and if anything happened, I know I'd call. If anyone was like him, I know this company would be in good hands.

After seeing many houses in my neighborhood go solar over the past few years, I decided to look into solar panel installation and its benefits. After talking with Andrew I realized I can save so much money and practically say goodbye to my electricity bill. Definitely give Lone Star Solar a thought. Must go to a company for your solar needs. This review is long overdue. Have had my solar from LoneStar Solar Services LLC for over a year now and it has been working excellently. The company is dependent, honest, reliable and really cares to tailor to their clients needs. Did not try to sell me more panels or equipment than needed and responded to support with help on how to use the Tesla Powerwall app. Just the other day my Tesla fell off the grid on the app and they came the same day to check on it. Turns out a fuse went out and needed to be replaced. Was diagnosed in a matter of minutes and all covered under the 10 year Powerwall warranty.

I initially chose LoneStar Solar Service based on their reviews, a friend's recommendation, and Riley. I highly recommend LoneStar Solar Service for solar installation. Everyone on the team, including Mike, Riley, Adam, and Team 1, impressed me. Each step of the process was completed quickly. On the day of installation, the install team (Team 1) communicated well and the installation looked great. The inspection went off without a hitch on the first try. LoneStar Solar Service was also very responsive, making any minor changes quickly and without causing any delays to the project.

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

I had an appointment to get an estimate on solar because my energy bill is exorbitant, sometimes reaching $400 per month, yes, you read that correctly! Chuck, the sales consultant, was very informative, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of our questions and gave us a quote that was $20,000 less than what another solar company had given us! We have a few more estimates, so we did not sign the contract, but if we do decide to use this company, I will update my review of the entire process.

I'm happy to say that the LONESTAR Solar Crew that came to install my solar panels/system did a phenomenal job in explaining to me the process, and the time frame it would take to get the project done. Every time I had a question of what steps they were doing or how the system would work, one of the crew members stopped to let me know what was going on. I'm grateful to have JOEL GUERRERO:Crew Leader, Robert Medina, Yorland Mendez, and David Gonzalez working 9n my Solar Panels. You too, would als9 be lucky to have them do yours.
