I was out of town at the time and worked with my father, who was assisting with the installation; they communicated with him throughout the day and dialed into me when questions arose. After seeing many houses in my neighborhood go solar over the past few years, I decided to look into solar panel installation and its benefits. After talking with Andrew I realized I can save so much money and practically say goodbye to my electricity bill. Definitely give Lone Star Solar a thought. Andrew was very professional and hard working!!

After getting several solar bids I was most impressed with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were the most ""non sales"" types. They were the most competitive in price and quality. If you compare apples to apples and make a very detailed spreadsheet like I did along with my next door neighbor we determined LoneStar Solar Services LLC to be hands down the best in terms of quality, performance, warranty and price. We have had it for over a year now and paid 0 for electricity. We didn't over pay for more panels than we needed either. Some solar companies wanted us to have 100-120% of the current electricity offsetting our electric bill but I went with 75% and I am making more electricity than we need. Don't be fooled by all the others out there. There was no charge for the roof inspection, design and HOA approval. It all went very smoothly, quickly and effortlessly.

We just purchased a new electrical vehicle and wasn't sure how to proceed with the charging but LoneStar Solar Services LLC was kind enough to take the time to really explain our options! I asked so many questions and they explained everything step by step thoroughly. One technician came the next day and quoted a price, and gave me an idea of the time he could come to install.Two technicians(sorry I didn't get your name) came to install the charger, arrived right on time, they were quick, efficient, and professional. It took about three weeks from the time Matt called. They arrived promptly and installed the new inverter. I was delighted. I will say that the installers came in and finished the job quickly, but they never showed me how to connect it to the app to see if it was producing power, and honestly, I have no idea unless I look at my bill every day. I'm currently working with Solar Edge to figure out how to do this and why it won't let me connect, but that's not LoneStar Solar Service's fault.

My husband and I love LoneStar Solar Services LLC. We went through and picked a number of the high-rated ones, but ended up going with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were very informative, detailed, and had very reasonable pricing, but most of all they were warm and very approachable. We also had our roof redone through them (Cal State Roofing). It took awhile longer to get our roof done and panels installed due to delays caused by this pandemic, but we are still happy with it all - from start to finish.

I've had no issues with electric production. I just wish I had gotten some recommended batteries with it. When the power goes out, I still have no power. I need battery backup in order to have electricity generated. I highly recommend them. Panels are made in San Antonio!
