I'm so grateful to this company for everything they have done for me. They first contacted me due to seeing me on TV after reporting how DH Remodel Services(Solara) had lied and stolen from me. Lonestars owner came to my house in person to speak to me and offer their services with the promise of completing the work. Within a months time they kept that promise to me and finished setting everything. Every person that came to my home whether it be the electrician, the installers or the vendors have met my every expectation and were kind and attentive. We've had our LoneStar Solar Services LLC panels for a little over two years and I'm very happy to report they work as promised. Panels purchased are perfect for heating and cooling our house to our preferences and end of year true up costs are almost zero. The installation was quick and absolutely no leaks or any roofing problems post installation. Our salesman, Ivan, was the best at assessing our needs and not overselling or pushing in any way. Dustin and the LoneStar Solar Services LLC team were great. Dustin kept me updated on all of the different details of the solar installation and was quick to notify me if we had any changes. There was an initial problem with a couple of the panels and all I had to do was call him and they had someone out replacing them within a couple of days. We were looking to have a solar system for a long time, after Meeting with five consultants from different companies we had Ari came into our house and he gave us great price with the best panels, we signed the agreement and two weeks later we had a call from the office that they are ready for the installation, few days later the installers came into our house and the installation went really smooth and the panels look beautiful on our roof

Great customer service every step along the way and my panels were installed in less than 6 weeks and working by the next month.Lonestar also replaced my roof before installing panels and even helped me get a new AC- all under a fixed payment.A couple of my neighbors also signed with them, and now we recommend them to all our friends and family.

Longer Version - Adam and his team were amazing to work with in all regards (planning, permitting, payment, installation, and monitoring). You don't get that "sales" type vibe at all from anyone on the team, ever. We all know the one! Quality and Aesthetics are important to the team as to you, I really love how sleek and low profile the panels are.

Our experience with LoneStar Solar was exceptional! My husband and I met Alex Lee and Cesar (forgot last name)and established a connection. They were very honest and transparent. These two are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had great rapport and they explained throughly the benefits of having solar panels. Alex followed up when he said he was and made sure to be available for any questions we might have had. The installation was 6 days after signing the contract and super fast. They shared the blue prints and everything before installation. Very pleased with everything thus far. I would recommend them 100%. You will be in wonderful hands with Alex and Cesar. I initially chose LoneStar Solar Service based on their reviews, a friend's recommendation, and Riley. I highly recommend LoneStar Solar Service for solar installation. Everyone on the team, including Mike, Riley, Adam, and Team 1, impressed me. Each step of the process was completed quickly. On the day of installation, the install team (Team 1) communicated well and the installation looked great. The inspection went off without a hitch on the first try. LoneStar Solar Service was also very responsive, making any minor changes quickly and without causing any delays to the project.

LoneStar Solar Service did our solar and roofing, and we are very pleased. We encountered a few issues, as is common with such large jobs, but everyone on the LoneStar Solar Service team was professional and helpful in ensuring our satisfaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with LoneStar Solar Service when I made 1 of my smart decisions to have Solar panels installed on my house. I was sick & tired of paying around $300 to $400 per month for my electric usage. I called several Solar companies for estimates. Eric from LoneStar Solar Service came twice and explained to us the process patiently. He was very professional and accommodating to all our questions concerning the solar panels and installation. Their estimate was the best price and very reasonable relative to the Premium quality panels compared to others. We are very happy and satisfied with their professional installation of our 24 solar panels plus the upgrade of our electrical panel. They even took care of the monitoring app for us. Thus, I referred them to my relatives and friends without hesitation who also hired them for their solar panel installation.
