Despite being told to keep an eye on the lights on our inverters, I failed. I assumed the system would also keep an eye on the inverters. Back in April, one of our inverters failed, and when I noticed both lights were turned off, I contacted Dawn, who promptly scheduled a service call. Steven arrived on time and replaced our broken SolarEdge inverter with a new SolarEdge inverter. He was pleasant and efficient in his work. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, I am unable to view our production on the application. However, I have been assured that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

After getting several solar bids I was most impressed with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were the most ""non sales"" types. They were the most competitive in price and quality. If you compare apples to apples and make a very detailed spreadsheet like I did along with my next door neighbor we determined LoneStar Solar Services LLC to be hands down the best in terms of quality, performance, warranty and price. We have had it for over a year now and paid 0 for electricity. We didn't over pay for more panels than we needed either. Some solar companies wanted us to have 100-120% of the current electricity offsetting our electric bill but I went with 75% and I am making more electricity than we need. Don't be fooled by all the others out there. There was no charge for the roof inspection, design and HOA approval. It all went very smoothly, quickly and effortlessly.

My experience with LoneStar Solar Services LLC was nothing short of remarkable from day 1. Their customer service, knowledge and interpersonal skills made it easy to work with. They helped with all of the paperwork completing the initial paperwork with Edison and the city. The only holdups I experienced throughout the process was the permit process. However, once the permit information was satisfied, the installation process was quick. A crew of 4 came out and finished the installation of black Q CELL solar panels and Enphase inverters in a day. My final SDG&E inspection was completed on 1/11/22, and I now have solar panels on my roof that generate electricity! LoneStar was a joy to work with. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. All communication was done via email or text, which was extremely convenient. The guys on site were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving for the day. I chose them because they had the highest Google rating, and now I know why. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

LoneStar Solar Services LLC offered very competitive pricing compared to other installers that quoted. They specialise in the Panasonic panels I wanted and also upgraded to the new Enphase IQ8 microinverters which some installers were not offeringMy experience with Cory McKenna, my sales consultant, was very positive. He provided a detailed quote within a couple hours and answered all my questions promptly. Other companies took up to a week to get a response and oftentimes you could tell they were embellishing to get a sale. Cory provided post sales assistance to communicate to the other departments. This was quite helpful when dealing with larger departmentalized businesses.Once the contract was signed they arranged inspection and provided the rooftop design sooner than expected. There were some discrepancies in the initial layout but we were able to resolve them in a timely manner. The process has been very smooth so far and they keep you updated on every step of the way. As of right now we are in the procurement stage and once the install and system power is complete I will update this review. I anticipate the rest of the project will go smoothly as planned. I needed to have my panels removed so that I could replace my roof. They were very quick to respond, and very reasonable for the work that needed to get done. They not only took care of the removal and reinstallation, but troubleshoot an issue that I've had, and fixed it as part of their service.I can't say enough about the quality, dedication and professionalism of LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They made me feel like they were working on their own house.They even worked with the roofer to make sure things went smoothly (and the roofer will call them in the future).
